This map demonstrates a pro-Royalist viewpoint, comparing the Civil War engulfing England to the Thirty Years\' War that devastated Central Europe. The view on the right of the map is of the Battle of Prague.

Around the border of the map are series of 17 historical scenes with accompanying rhyming couplets along the lower border relating to contemporary political events in England and Europe., Baynton-Williams, “New Worlds,†83.
